CrossFit Results

Since I started using in May 2012, I have logged the following:

I usually workout around 4.4 times per week (see “The more you go” post). I have posted 140 workouts and set 14 personal records. Along the way I have run 30,800 meters and lifted 64,700 pounds. I have also done 754 push-ups, 987 pull-ups, and 277 sit-ups.

I have gone from the buoyant and confused guy on the left in May 2012, to the much less buoyant and focused guy seen in August 2012 on the right.

Here’s a full on walk showing my transition from over 220 pounds, down to about 180 pounds.  This is CrossFit Results.
